We spent our New Year at this hotel and while it wasn't the best experience, we found a few things to enjoy. The pools were great and we loved the variety of food options offered. the shuttle service provided made it easy for us to get around town.

The staff were uncooperative and there were some issues with basic amenities such as towels and toothbrushes. The rooms were not up to our standards and we experienced some maintenance issues like dripping air conditioning units and flickering lights.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was very filling. There were also multiple pools to choose from, which was great since it helped avoid overcrowding. the staff were attentive and accommodating, and the hotel had ramps for strollers and wheelchairs, making it accessible for everyone.

The hotel's overall quality was basic, and the décor felt outdated. the front desk staff was not engaging or welcoming upon check-in.

The showers near the pools are too few and far between, leading to some people not cleaning up before entering the water.
